Chris grew up in West Virginia, mostly in the small town of Kingwood. Chris graduated from Fayetteville High School in Fayetteville, West Virginia. He was highly involved in his high school and was a running back on the football team. While growing up in these communities, Chris learned about small town values and the importance of hard work.

After graduating from Fayetteville High School, he went to West Virginia Wesleyan College and achieved his B.A. in English. He was a member of Theta Xi Fraternity. At Wesleyan, Chris learned about serving others. In addition to learning about it, Chris put his desire to help others into action. He was involved in a number of community service organizations. He was also elected as Community Council President; the Community Council is the college's student government organization.

Chris also had the opportunity to work in the West Virginia Legislature. While there, Chris learned much about the law and the legislative process.

Chris continued learning about helping others at Virginia Tech, where he received a Master of Public Administration degree. He then went on to receive his law degree at Ohio Northern University. At Ohio Northern, Chris met Kelly, the love of his life.

Chris is now putting small town values and a desire to help others into action. Chris' practice focuses on persons who have been injured and ensuring the rights of others are protected. You may have been injured in a car wreck or another kind of accident. You may have been wrongly terminated due to your age, race, or military service. Chris can help with these and other legal issues.

Chris resides in Dunbar, West Virginia with Kelly. He is an active member of Dunbar United Methodist Church.
